I got your email and report. Again, thank you so much for your patience in answering all our questions. I am so impressed with your report. I had been warned that many inspectors use a standard form that amounts to a few checked boxes and cryptic notes. That’s why I brought a notebook. I was ready to take notes! Having the pictures and the detailed commentary is truly “above and beyond service” and I can’t thank you enough. I will absolutely not keep you a secret!
