Born and raised in northern Iowa and northern Minnesota, Bill moved to Lewisville, Texas in 1981. He and his father worked together in all different phases of the residential construction business, which lead him into the Home Inspection field.

Bill Olsen has been inspecting properties full time since March of 1993 and has performed over 7,000 inspections. He has always had a strong desire to see people treated fairly and now uses his knowledge to make sure that his clients know exactly what they are buying. Every home that he inspects is inspected as if he was purchasing the property himself.

Dianna Olsen, was born and raised right here in north Texas. She has worked in the administrative field for the Anna Independent School District for the past 19 years.
